These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Payton Posts website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This site is operated on Shopify.

1. Who we are

Payton Posts sells handcrafted reusable banner stands and mantel posts. "We," "us" and "our" mean Payton Posts. "You" means the person visiting this site or placing an order.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current information when you order, and to keep your account details secure if you create an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Our products

Every stand is handmade from steel, so small variations in finish, colour tone, and hardware are normal and are not defects. Measurements are approximate. Colours may look different depending on your screen. Product photographs are representative, not exact replicas of the item you will receive.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment taken for it. You can cancel or change an order within 15 minutes of placing it; after that, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not entered production.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless stated. Your total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are made to order and processed within 5 business days. Shipping is a flat $19.99 per order within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for the full terms.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns Policy sets out your rights: 10 days for defective or incorrectly supplied items (we cover return shipping), and 30 days for change of mind (you cover return shipping). Please read it before ordering — it forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, designs, logos and product imagery — belongs to Payton Posts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and images for the purpose of discussing or recommending our products.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to impersonate others, to post false or misleading information, or to submit fraudulent orders or payment details.

10. Third-party services and links

This store runs on Shopify, and we use third parties for payments, shipping and email. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the service. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Payton Posts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site or from any product, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Payton Posts against claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between us.
