How long will my order take?
Every stand is handmade to order. We process orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is added on top of that, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $19.99 per order anywhere in the United States, regardless of how many stands you order. We don’t currently offer free shipping.
What sizes do the stands come in?
Four sizes: 7" for mantels and shelves, 12" compact, 18" standard, and 24" as a statement piece. Each is the same design at a different height.
What colours are available?
Gold, black and silver. The finish changes, but the stand itself is the same shape in every colour.
What are the stands made of?
Solid steel posts on a square base, with a loop at the top to hold the banner cord. They’re built to be used season after season rather than thrown away after one party.
How wide a banner can each stand hold?
It depends on the banner’s width and weight, and on where you’re using it — a banner on a covered mantel behaves very differently from the same banner outdoors in a breeze. As a rule: the taller the stand and the heavier the banner, the more you need to think about balance and anchoring. Send us the banner width and material and we’ll recommend the right size.
Can I use them outdoors?
Yes, with care. Wind is the main thing to watch — a long, light banner catches air like a sail. Outdoors we suggest the taller, heavier stands, anchoring the base, and bringing the banner in during high wind or storms.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Will my banner fit the stand?
Our stands hold a cord or string across the top, so most fabric, card and felt banners work. If your banner has a sleeve or ties rather than a cord, tell us before ordering and we’ll confirm.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including the original shipping, and we pay the return shipping.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. You cover the return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn’t refunded.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Within 15 minutes of placing it, yes. After that, contact us as soon as possible: we can usually make changes before the order enters production, but not once it has shipped.
Do you make custom sizes or colours?
Not currently. Every stand is made in our standard sizes and three finishes.
How do I clean or store them?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store the posts upright or lying flat, and keep the cord wound loosely so it doesn’t kink.
